Expression of Interest
Due to limited space and available funding, participation in the workshop is necessarily limited in order to maintain a focused and interactive format that encourages in-depth, cross-disciplinary discussion. For this reason, researchers are kindly asked to submit an Expression of Interest.
Submitted expressions of interest will be used to assess anticipated attendance and to help ensure a balanced representation across career stages, scientific backgrounds, and research areas. Expressions of interest will be reviewed on a rolling basis and, once these considerations are met, participation will be offered largely on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will make every effort to accommodate interested participants, not all expressions of interest may be accommodated, and some applicants may be placed on a waitlist.
Submitting an expression of interest does not constitute formal registration. Participants will be notified regarding attendance and next steps once the selection process is complete.

There is no registration fee for the conference. Subject to available funds, we will provide travel support in the form of a flat honorarium of up to $500 for domestic participants and up to $1,000 for international participants. We kindly encourage participants with sufficient institutional or grant support to cover their own travel and lodging, when possible, in order to help us accommodate a larger and more diverse group of attendees.
The conference will provide boxed lunches on conference days as well as one conference banquet dinner for all participants.
